Friendly helpful staff, excellent broadband internet for free, good breakfast
Hotel is old with typical outdated facilities, if you think it's charming it nice if you like modern facilities this hotel is not for you.

I liked the helpfulness of staff, who were able to guide me through the recent volcano eruption and its consequences.
I think using a communal bathroom might have posed some problems for a longer stay.

A fairly spacious room for Stockholm. Very close to everything and included all facilities. Overall a decent hotel at that price.
None in particular.

Great location, close to Drottniggatan´s shopping area. Nice staff. Nice breakfast.
Very asketic furnished room, without any table. The walls were very thin. It was terrible because of noisy neighbours :(

I really liked the building itself, it's extremely quaint and beautiful. The staff were very friendly which is always good. The room was nice, airy, comfortable and quiet.
I did have a problem ith the fact that the lift was out of service most of the time . This was a problem when we had to carry heavy luggage up and down from reception to the fifth floor. For the price we paid, I don't think a working lift is too much to ask for or a porter to help with carrying the luggage etc. the breakfast was bad but I have nothing to compare it to, perhaps other hotel breakfasts in the city are equally bad? On the Sunday morning of our stay there was nowhere to sit in the Breakfast room as it was full up so we had to bring breakfast up to our room on the fifth floor, thank goodness the lift was working at that stage in the morning.

Very clean, and location was super. Food was reasonable.
Had to share bathrooms.... In the night there were guys just walking around in their undies...... Hairy fat man in tight underwears...... very disturbing. And the walls are very thin, so one can hear every noise in the hall way and from the next room.

Reasonable location within walking distance of central station. Stockholm is an expensive city for accommodation so the price was fair. The room was large and comfortable. Free wifi. For a budget accommodation, the quality was good.

The hotel was centrally located to walk around the city. The breakfast was basic but plentiful. The rooms were clean and the bathrooms were cleaned every day with fresh towels provided. The bed was comfy although surprisingly small but with very comfy pillows.
The showers in the en suite room was a little unpridicatble. If other showers were on at the same time then there was only a mere trickle of water - however if you got the timing right then there was a good full jet of water.

The hotel is situated very close to the central rail and bus stations, just 10 minutes on foot. In our way to Finland from Germany, we just stayed one night in the hotel to see the city of Stockholm. We were able to explore the most important places in the Stockholm by hop-on hop-off buses, thanking to the location of the hotel. Hotel is an old one, facilities are not excellent but sufficient for the cost we paid for a budget room. A good buffet breakfast was offered and the staff is very friendly. The reception desk is opened around the clock and they have free luggage store room. You could go to the hotel even before the check- in time, leave the luggage and start sightseeing. This place would be recommended for those who want to explore the city of Stockholm within a short time.
It is almost in the center of the city. May be not suitable for those who are looking a place for relaxing.

A good central location, near to the main station and within walking distance of the old town. The room was very clean and tidy.
The Wi Fi was not always consistent throughout the hotel.
